Methodist Home for Children (MHC) is looking for committed people to join our team as Direct Support Staff in our Multipurpose Home in Lumberton, NC—a residential facility that changes lives and sets teens on the right path.
What You'll Do:
Be a positive role model for youth in crisis
Provide daily support and structure in a group home setting
Help teens develop life skills, change behavior, and build brighter futures
Work as part of a live-in care team in a high-impact environment
Requirements:
21 or older with a valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED
Experience working with youth or in a structured care setting
Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
