Youth Care Worker - Part-Time Nights | Goldsboro, NC
Pay: Starting at $15/hour (based on experience)
Shifts: Part-Time Nights (10p-7a)

We’re seeking Youth Care Workers to support and guide adolescents in our residential program in Goldsboro, NC. As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll play a critical role in helping at-risk youth overcome challenges, build new skills, and create a path to a better future.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct care and treatment services to adolescents in a residential group home.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
- Engage with youth, families, and community partners to achieve positive outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 21 years of age
- High School Diploma (experience with youth preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
