What You'll Do
- Deliver genuine, attentive, and personalized service from greeting to farewell.
- Guide guests through our menu, daily specials, craft beers, cocktails, and beverage selections.
- Accurately enter food and drink orders into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive hospitality.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile checks accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked section throughout each shift.
- Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Follow all Nevada health, safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
- Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere that Lucky Beaver is known for.
What We're Looking For
- Previous serving experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
