What You'll Do
- Restore cookware, dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment to service-ready condition.
- Maintain a continuous flow of sanitized items during peak meal periods.
- Organize clean inventory for rapid access by culinary and service teams.
- Refresh prep areas, storage spaces, and workstations throughout each shift.
- Remove waste, recycling, and compost while keeping disposal areas orderly.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and notify leadership when stock is running low.
- Assist with light food preparation and kitchen support projects as needed.
- Contribute to a polished, safe, and inspection-ready workspace from opening through close.

- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving throughout the shift.
