Disability Program Manager

Loveland Center, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for our Adult Day Training program in North Port, Florida. Qualified applicants will have a proven track record of effectively managing others, strong leadership skills, and a drive for program growth and development.

• Maintain professional standards of the highest quality with regards to health, safety, program management, staff, participant supervision, and other company needs.
• Effectively maintain lines of communication among participants, parents/guardians, staff, volunteers, Chief Programs Officer, and administrative team regarding all aspects of daily programming.
• Oversee all programs and services in your service area and promote an atmosphere conducive to life skills development and training in all program areas.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring and training processes of new staff in the assigned area.
• During a crisis situation coordinate all activities related to the situation until resolution is reached and the safety of participants and employees is assured.
• Develop and implement new programs that serve the needs of the center.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least two (2) years’ experience working in an educational, health care, or related fields and at least one (1) year working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
• Experience will substitute year for year for educational experience
• Must have and maintain a valid Florida driver license and have access to a reliable motor vehicle

• Knowledge of, or ability to master, Therap, Google Suite, and other needed computer programs.
