Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Lead and mentor team members through effective training and development programs
- Manage employee orientation, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control and purchasing
- Handle payroll and bookkeeping tasks accurately
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain effective communication with staff regarding store management and operational updates
- Assist in merchandising, pricing, and marketing initiatives to enhance store presentation
