Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food.
Skills
- Strong culinary knowledge with the ability to assist guests in making informed choices.
