services. You will oversee daily cleaning using sustainable,

You Will Do Lead the Team: Interview, hire, and train our housekeeping
staff. You\'ll help them grow by teaching them the best ways to clean

and walk the building daily. You\'ll make sure every room and gathering
space is perfectly prepared for events and new residents. Go Green:
Hand-pick the best eco-friendly soaps and cleaners. You will find ways
to reduce waste and keep our community healthy and chemical-free. Manage
the Business: Keep track of supplies and stay within your budget.
You\'ll also coordinate with outside partners for big jobs like window
washing and trash pickup. Keep People Safe: Ensure we follow all safety
rules (like OSHA) to keep our residents and staff healthy and protected.

background in housekeeping or environmental services with a talent for
