Position Overview
As a Golf Beverage Cart & Grill Attendant, you'll provide outstanding service to golfers and resort guests by preparing and serving food and beverages, operating the beverage cart throughout the course, and assisting with clubhouse grill operations. Your friendly personality and attention to detail will help create a memorable golf experience for every guest.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and stock the beverage cart prior to daily operations
- Operate the beverage cart throughout the golf course while providing exceptional guest service
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with state laws and company policies
- Prepare and serve food items from the clubhouse grill
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, grill area, and service stations
- Process guest transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily sales reporting
- Maintain knowledge of golf course amenities, events, and resort offerings
- Provide guests with information regarding the golf course, resort, and local attractions
- Follow proper golf course etiquette and safety procedures
- Communicate guest feedback and operational concerns to management
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and end-of-day closing procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous food service, beverage service, hospitality, golf course, or customer service experience preferred
- Must meet Missouri age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport beverage and food supplies
- Basic cash handling and computer skills
- Experience with POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of golf course operations and etiquette is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
