Job Description: AM/PM Banquet Cook
Location: The Lodge of Four Seasons, MO Lake Ozark, MO, 65049
We are seeking an experienced AM/PM Banquet Cook to join our team at our Lake Ozark location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a desire to create delicious and visually appealing dishes for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food for banquets and events
- Create menus and recipes for banquets and events
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and is safe for consumption
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order
- Assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience as a banquet cook or similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
