*Certified Nursing Aide/Personal Care Aide
The Lodge at Old Trail, a resort-style senior living community is looking for full time PCA/DCA/CNAs. The Lodge is a locally owned company providing three levels of care for our residents. DCA class (direct care aide) that can be completed within 60 days of hire for employees seeking health care experience.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist residents with ADL's per schedule
- Assist with resident's meals as needed, be aware of dietary orders.
- Assist with ambulation
- Record all relevant data in medical records per policy
- Make rounds
- Monitor and record monthly vitals and weights
- Review ISP and maintain familiarity with resident service plans
