YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening responsibilities as needed.
In this role, you'll oversee human resources, manage accounts payable and receivable, handle bookkeeping, and ensure seamless administrative support. You'll guide staff training, support team development, and supervise both the Front Desk and Transportation teams. Your day will be a dynamic blend of financial oversight, people leadership, and problem-solving, where your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and lead with confidence keeps everything moving forward effortlessly.
