Core Responsibilities:
- Provide full technical and operational leadership for major international facade projects in Los Angeles.
- Serve as the primary on-site lead for clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring flawless communication and progress.
- Manage all aspects of project delivery: schedule, budget, quality, and strict health & safety standards.
- Oversee construction documentation and lead regular site meetings.
Ideal Profile:
- A technical background (Engineering, Construction Management, or similar) with several years of site-based Project Management experience.
- Experience in facades, glazing, or high-end envelope systems is a significant advantage.
- A proven leader who takes ownership, demonstrates high commitment, and excels in client-facing environments.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
