Senior Accountant
A well-established commercial construction organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in supporting project and business performance across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. Working closely with project managers and operational leadership, you will provide financial oversight across forecasting, cost management, reporting, and project performance analysis, helping to drive informed business decisions and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with project leadership to monitor financial performance and profitability
- Manage project forecasting, budgeting, and cost control processes
- Prepare and analyze financial, WIP, and project performance reports
- Support revenue recognition and project accounting activities
- Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities across active projects
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve financial visibility and decision-making
Requirements
- Accounting or finance experience within construction, engineering, contracting, or another project-based environment
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
