Key Responsibilities
- Design and detail cold-formed metal framing systems for commercial and residential developments.
- Prepare accurate structural framing layouts, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate project deliverables from concept design through project completion.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Support panelization efforts and optimize framing solutions for constructability and efficiency.
- Review and resolve design conflicts and field-related issues during project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold-formed metal design and detailing.
- Strong understanding of structural framing systems and panelization.
- Experience coordinating construction documentation throughout all project phases.
- Proficiency with relevant design and detailing software.
