We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our business in the designated territory. This role requires a motivated professional who can develop strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive sales in the construction and industrial services sector.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for bid opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, developers, mechanical contractors, manufacturing facilities, architects, and government agencies.
- Utilize CRM software to track opportunities, document sales activities, and qualify leads from third-party platforms.
- Present products and services to customers, highlighting how they meet both current and anticipated needs.
- Conduct site visits to gather information needed for pricing proposals.
- Collaborate with sales managers and operations teams to assemble quotes, including labor, equipment, materials, and compliance requirements.
- Guide new contracts through the company’s internal approval process.
- Partner with project controls to ensure accurate billing and timely capture of change orders.
- Provide job site support during project kickoffs to ensure crews have clear direction.
- Support prequalification efforts to secure placement on bidder lists with new clients.
- Identify upselling opportunities across the full product and services portfolio.
- Report sales activity weekly to regional and branch management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales within scaffold, access, or construction-related services.
- Background in cost estimating for construction projects.
- Experience using CRM software (preferably in a construction environment).
- Prior construction industry experience with knowledge of engineering, drafting, or estimating.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on construction experience (e.g., scaffold builder or foreman) is an asset.
- Existing industry relationships in the region preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
