Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for sourcing, evaluating, developing, and spearheading M&A deal opportunities to get to a point of signed LOI (Letter of Intent), as well as assist, as needed, with team members to get to a closed transaction.

Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for sourcing, evaluating, developing, and spearheading M&A deal opportunities to get to a point of signed LOI (Letter of Intent), as well as assist, as needed, with team members to get to a closed transaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the President, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) on assignments related to deal opportunities and spearhead those in the deal sourcing, evaluating, valuation, negotiating, and signing to a LOI (Letter of Intent) stages and, as charged by the President, M&A.
- Develop new business and relationships via telephone and mass communication such as email, online messaging, LinkedIn, and other forms of social media.
- Identify appropriate partnership and acquisition opportunities in conjunction with other team members and use the Company’s CRM to track deals and activities.
- Scouting and researching agency, MGA/Program, and other opportunities.
- Work in concert with the President, M&A on Channel Development and Engagement for brokers, advisors, and other referral sources.
- Have the ability to be mentored and grow, as well as potentially mentor a team of M&A associates and analysts.
- Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications
- Build a strong pipeline for potential Partners and Acquisitions across the nation and as otherwise directed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Ability to travel 15% of time
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation skills

Salary : $125,000 - $250,000
