Key Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed
- Assist Lead Teachers with daily activities and routines
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
- Support transitions, meals, playtime, and end-of-day routines
- Engage children in play-based learning activities and positive interactions
- Maintain classroom ratios and assist teachers during busy times
- Follow all NYC Department of Health childcare licensing requirements
- High school diploma or higher required
- Early childhood education or childcare experience preferred
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working with multiple age groups
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must meet all NYC childcare licensing and background requirements
