- Support daily center operations and administrative functions
- Partner with leadership to maintain compliance with Delaware licensing requirements
- Assist with staff scheduling and classroom coverage planning
- Help lead enrollment tours and family onboarding conversations
- Support tuition processing and enrollment documentation accuracy
- Maintain student records and regulatory paperwork
- Provide leadership presence during opening and closing shifts as scheduled
- Help ensure classrooms maintain ratio and operational consistency
- Director qualified under Delaware childcare licensing standards, or close to qualification
- Prior childcare center administrative or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Experience supporting enrollment conversations or family engagement preferred
- Ability to rotate shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM
- Must meet Delaware licensing requirements
