Ralph Sanchez Law is a high‑volume personal injury firm seeking a seasoned, dependable, and detail‑oriented Attorney with a strong background in Personal Injury litigation. Our ideal candidate brings sharp legal judgment, advanced drafting skills, and the ability to independently manage litigation matters in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Personal Injury litigation experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate Personal Injury cases from pre‑suit through litigation.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Develop case strategy and provide clear guidance to clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Ensure deadlines, filings, and case progress are handled accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year of Personal Injury litigation.
- Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure and PI litigation workflow.
- Proven ability to manage a litigation caseload independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida.
- Ability to work on‑site in our Ft. Myers office.
Compensation
- $100,000–$130,000/year, commensurate with experience.
