This position is responsible for managing incoming client inquiries, conducting detailed intake interviews, and accurately documenting case facts and client information. Qualifications

- Ability to support attorneys in providing Legal Advice by accurately gathering and organizing client information.
- Proficiency in Research to assist with preliminary fact-finding and case background checks.
- Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills for managing client expectations and communicating with relevant parties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in a law firm, legal intake, or client services environment preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and adhere to confidentiality requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
