Location: Remote — New Jersey based Experience: 5 years Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
A well-established plaintiff-side firm is seeking an experienced Attorney to join its wage and hour class action practice. This is a fully remote role for a candidate licensed in New Jersey. Candidates who are also barred in New York are strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
- Manage plaintiff-side wage and hour and class/collective action matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, including class certification and dispositive motion practice
- Take and defend depositions and manage written discovery in complex litigation
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy alongside senior litigators
- Communicate with clients and class members and support case development
What We're Looking For
- Active New Jersey bar admission in good standing (New York admission a strong plus)
- 5 years of litigation experience, ideally in wage and hour and/or class action matters
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently in a remote environment
- Commitment to plaintiff-side advocacy on behalf of workers
