Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas to the highest cleanliness standards within designated time limits
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Create daily job lists and maintain records of serviced rooms
• Ensure equipment is in good condition and report any shortages, damages, or security issues
• Address guests' complaints or requests promptly and professionally
• Monitor stocking levels of consumables
