Project Management: learn and participate in fundamental construction project management deliverables including but not limited to:
- Communication with internal project teams, subcontractors, and owners
- Building and maintenance of project estimates, schedules, and procurement logs
- Understanding of building systems, their components, and how to coordinate them between trades
- Exposure to and use of construction technology software (e.g., project management platforms, scheduling tools, estimating software) to support project execution and collaboration
- Learn and support construction planning and scheduling activities through hands-on exposure and guided participation, including schedule development and updates, data organization, participation in planning meetings, and basic progress tracking and schedule analysis.
- Supporting Project Managers and schedulers with reporting, documentation, and special projects as assigned
Qualified Applicants Will Have
- Must be a current Active Duty Servicemember
- Must be separating from the Military in 4-12 months
- Current or Prior Construction or Engineering experience
