Essential Functions
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
- Lead project meetings with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
- Track and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Monitor job costs, productivity, and project profitability
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with NEC and all applicable regulations
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally

- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and NEC codes
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
Qualified Applicants Will Have
- Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
- 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager (commercial or industrial preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50–100%)
- Valid driver’s license
