Job Title: Program Engineer

Job Description

The Program Engineer will serve as a lead liaison for new product programs from inception to production. They will have primary customer engineering interface, oversee billable tooling builds, and direct contracted product engineering and design activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer engineering interface for new product programs.
• Oversee billable tooling builds.
• Direct contracted product engineering and design activities.
• Create and present presentations to customers.
• Read and interpret automotive blueprints and engineering specifications.

Essential Skills

• Degree in engineering.
• 1-2 years experience with 3D design (parts).
• Proficiency in Solidworks.
• Experience in customer interfacing and liaison engineering.
• Knowledge of tooling design.
• Experience in the automotive industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a product-related engineering position in a manufacturing or product design environment.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Work Environment

The standard shift starts at 7 am, with a dress code of business casual and mandatory safety equipment such as goggles and vests.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
