Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician | Cheyenne, WY

Join a growing team supporting building automation and HVAC control systems across the Cheyenne area! This hands-on field role focuses on installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems at commercial and industrial facilities.

What You'll Do

• Install, start up, and commission building automation and DDC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
• Test and validate system performance using laptops, multimeters, and diagnostic tools
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, drawings, and technical documentation
• Configure and support networked building automation systems
• Partner with engineers, technicians, and project managers to deliver successful projects
• Travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and service support

What We're Looking For

• Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and DDC controls
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and field devices
• Field service, commissioning, or controls experience preferred

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Travel: Local client-site travel required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, WY.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $46.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
