We’re seeking a barista that is hospitable, personable, service-oriented addition to our team, that thrives in a fast-paced environment and cares deeply about meaningful human connection, wellness, and quality service.

This role is ideal for someone who loves preparing beautiful drinks, creating memorable moments for guests, and helping maintain a clean, warm, and welcoming space.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and wellness drinks with quality and joy
• Greet and assist members and guests with warmth, presence, and care
• Operate the POS system (Toast) accurately and confidently
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
• Keep café, dining, and shared areas clean, beautiful, and inviting
• Support food prep, restocking, and inventory tracking
• Upsell or suggest menu items to enhance the customer experience
• Assist with event setup and beverage service for workshops or gatherings
• Optionally support evening bartending (must be 21 and certified)
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe café environment
• Get to know members—remember names, stories, and preferences

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year barista experience
• Friendly, hospitable, and genuinely enjoys engaging with people
• Calm and focused under pressure, with strong attention to detail
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Interest in mindfulness, wellness, and intentional living
• Experience with Toast or similar POS systems is a plus
• Bonus: experience in coworking, wellness cafés, or boutique hotels

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
