You’ll serve as a true ambassador of the La La Land Reserve experience, delivering world-class coffee and matcha with precision and care, while connecting with guests in a way that feels warm, personal, and genuine.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as barista from specialty coffee shop
- Able to calibrate and dial in espresso and filter coffee with precision.
- Deliver warm and authentic hospitality to each guest, turning first-time visitors into regulars and regulars into loyal advocates of the La La Land Reserve store.
- Previous work experience as a Bartender or fine dining restaurants(plus)
- Ensure both the coffee and matcha sections are always looking their best—clean, sharp, and organized.
- Be flexible and proactive, stepping in wherever needed to support the seamless operation of the House, from prep to team coordination.
- Maintain brand standards even during high-volume moments, adapting recipes and techniques to ensure every beverage meets our high expectations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends(must)
- Food handler certification
