Position Summary
The position is responsible for managing loads and route planning for customer orders.
Essential Functions
- Determine effective asset and driver utilization
- Monitor daily delivery schedule for drivers
- Receive orders from customers and create loads in dispatch systems
- Complete and verify driver paperwork for each load
- Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Admin support including payroll and billing
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Transportation and supervisory experience preferred
