Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing operations on a daily basis to ensure work is getting done to the right quality standards.
Essential Functions
- Monitors progress
- Ensure work compiles with legal requirements
- Establishes deadlines to have work completed
- Oversees daily operations and delivery of materials
- Carries out safety checks
- Approves project plans
- Adheres to departmental budget
- Resolves any problems that could hold up work
- Making safety inspections
- Works to grow the terminal
- must have a valid cdl
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associates degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in a project-based work site
- Certified Construction Manager (CMM) preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to plan work well
- Must have a valid CDL
