Title: Senior Product Designer

Responsible for managing key client relationships and steering design direction
Lead end-to-end design for complex, user-centered digital products
Plan and facilitate client workshops that turn challenges into actionable insights
Drive internal design initiatives that improve process, culture, and quality
Mentor junior designers and help grow design talent
Work closely with researchers, developers, and product teams to bring ideas to life
- Strategic Leadership: You’re comfortable making high-level design decisions that align with business goals and team capabilities. You bring clarity and structure to complex problems—and you’re energized by the opportunity to hire, lead, and represent a design team at every level, including in conversations with executive stakeholders.
- Passion for Craft: You know how to distinguish “good” design from “great” design—and you work relentlessly with teams, clients, and timelines to achieve the latter. Your eye for detail and deep understanding of visual communication make your work stand out.
- User-Centered Mindset: You believe every great solution starts with empathy. You’re driven by a desire to solve real problems for real people—and you’re equally comfortable doing the research yourself or partnering with research experts to get there.
- Collaboration & Communication: You thrive in both hands-on and team-based environments, whether remote or in-person. You’re a clear communicator with strong storytelling skills—able to present work, explain decisions, and advocate for users with confidence.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: You don’t fear the blank page—or the first draft. You iterate quickly, learn from what doesn’t work, and keep moving forward. You stay flexible, roll up your sleeves when needed, and always bring a can-do attitude to the table.
