Role Description


The KAIR Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Management team in executing brand partnerships across our roster of beauty, fashion, and lifestyle creators.


This is a remote paid opportunity for a Talent Coordinator. The Talent Coordinator will assist in talent onboarding, provide administrative support, and serve as a point of contact for creators and brands. Responsibilities include managing talent relations, scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders to foster collaborative and successful partnerships. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, loves structure, and wants to build a long-term career in influencer marketing.


Salary: $45,000-$55,000/year

– open to discussion based on experience

Location: Remote

Hours: 9am - 5pm PST

Start Date: Jun 22-29, 2026


Campaign Execution

• Support execution of brand partnerships from signed contract through completion

• Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and posting schedules

• Coordinate communication between brands and talent

• Ensure all briefs, contracts, and campaign materials are received on time

• Track exclusivity clauses and category conflicts

• Confirm product shipment and delivery logistics

• Prepare talent for brand calls and recap key action items

• Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time


Operations & Organization

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date campaign trackers and internal systems

• Manage talent calendars (due dates, live dates, scheduling)

• Coordinate contract execution with legal

• Collect invoicing details and work with accounting to ensure timely payment

• Send proactive reminders to talent regarding upcoming deliverables


Analytics & Reporting

• Request performance metrics across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Assist in updating media kits with current analytics

• Compile post-campaign reports


Business Development Support

• Research brands aligned with each creator’s niche

• Build outreach lists and assist with outbound pitching

• Track outreach and follow-ups

• Monitor competitor partnerships and identify new opportunities



Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage relationships effectively with creators and brands.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to handle schedules, documentation, and other organizational tasks.
  • Experience or interest in Talent Management and Onboarding processes to support creators and brands in building partnerships.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and adapt to dynamic projects.
  • Knowledge of digital content creation and influencer marketing is a plus.
