Vendor Operations Manager
About the Role
As a Vendor Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving quality, efficiency, and performance across our global vendor network. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results, optimize operational capacity, and foster continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Drive Quality Improvements
- Partner with vendors to design and implement innovative strategies that elevate quality scores. Go beyond traditional training by identifying root causes, introducing new methodologies, and ensuring accountability for sustained performance improvements.
- Support Rating & Calibration Processes
- Work with the Rater Operations team to structure and refine rating questions. Lead calibration discussions with vendors to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with quality standards.
- Optimize Capacity Management
- Analyze vendor performance data to identify bottlenecks and proactively address resource constraints. Collaborate with vendors to improve rater availability and reduce operational backlogs.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights. Communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders, driving data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in business operations, vendor management, or a related field.
- Proven success managing vendor relationships in a tech or content moderation environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and manage cross-functional projects.
- Highly organized with experience in project management and operational planning.
Salary : $90 - $100
