Our client is currently seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Springdale, AR, 72762

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Complete OASIS assessments, recertifications, and routine skilled nursing visits
• Provide advanced wound care, including assessment and treatment planning
• Manage IV therapy, PICC lines, and central lines
• Perform ostomy care and catheter changes
• Deliver skilled medical‑surgical nursing care to patients age 18 , primarily elderly
• Assess, monitor, and manage acute and chronic disease processes
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, disease management, safety, and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health standards
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Travel daily within the service area, providing care in multiple patient homes per shift
• Adhere to all clinical, regulatory, and infection control standards
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR certification (current)
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
