Role: Senior Salesforce Software Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer who combines technical depth with leadership excellence. In this role, you will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions, lead engineering initiatives, and influence architectural decisions across large, complex systems. You will be expected to operate both as a hands-on engineer and a technical mentor, driving innovation, quality, and engineering best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Triggers and Async Apex
- SOQL and data modeling
- Proven experience working with large data volumes and implementing performance optimization strategies.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce customization, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models.
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and familiarity with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk) and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams.
- Excellent communication skills and executive-level presence, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Exposure to cloud-native application development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- APIs and web services
- Java or other backend technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools.
Working knowledge of:
- JIRA
- Bitbucket
- Source control systems (Git-based workflows)
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (a plus).
- Understanding of OMNI-Channel and advanced Salesforce capabilities.
Salary : $75 - $85
