RN - Medical/Surgical

Our client is currently seeking RN Med Surg/Telemetry

Schedule: 36 Hours per Week, Shift: Day Shift, 12 Hours

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Monitor and care for Med Surg/Telemetry patients in a stepdown environment.
• Assess patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks effectively among nursing staff and support personnel.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a patient-centered environment focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Nurse Diploma.
• Active RN License in the State of Practice.
• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
