Maintenance Manager

The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a beverage manufacturer in the Kenner, LA area. The right candidate will have 5 years of maintenance management experience with 2 years in the food industry. We are looking for a hands on leader with a can do attitude.

COMPENSATION: $120,000 to $140,000 plus bonus (Depending on experience) Relocation assistance offered for the right candidate.

MUST HAVE: A bachelor’s degree (Engineering Preferred)
MUST HAVE: Food industry experience
MUST HAVE: 5 years of maintenance management experience with 2 years in the food industry
MUST HAVE: The desire to be out on the floor and not at a desk in an office
MUST HAVE: Very detailed and able to dive standards

Responsibilities:

• Manage entire plant maintenance program
• Ensure PM and maintenance schedules are followed
• Strive to continually find ways to improve plant maintenance
• Manage and mentor maintenance supervisors and technicians

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• 5 years of maintenance management experience with 2 years in the food industry
• An extensive background in food/beverage production
