Travel RN – Case Manager | Acute Care

Start Date: ASAP | 13‑Week Contract
What You’ll Do
Manage inpatient discharge planning to community settings
Support acute care and Emergency Department case management
Coordinate complex discharges in compliance with California insurance and county regulations
Float across units as needed and work independently in a fast‑paced hospital environment
Requirements
Active California RN License (required at submission)
BLS (AHA)
5 years RN experience
2 years inpatient Case Management experience
CCM or ACM certification
Epic Experience Preferred
Schedule
Day / Mid shifts (8‑hour shifts)
Variable start times between 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Every Other Weekend Required
Travel Details
50‑mile travel requirement
Locals accepted (local rates apply)
Cross‑trained, float‑ready case managers only
