Recruiter / Talent Acquisition SpecialistPosition Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions within a manufacturing environment. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent while providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, typically handling 15 requisitions at a time.
• Post job openings and maintain accurate job advertisements across recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and provide hiring recommendations.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment, offer, hiring, and onboarding process.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to support workforce planning initiatives.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Agency recruiting experience and/or HR Generalist experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume recruiting workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• High-volume recruiting experience.
• Recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or operations environments.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
