Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

Compensation & Perks

• Earn up to $80,000-$90,000 total (salary extra pay bonus) in your first year, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise 30 hourly employees on the night shift, working 4 PM to 2 AM
• Ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Guarantee that USDA and customer specifications are consistently achieved
• Ensure sanitation standards are met across all production areas
• Follow QA guidelines to deliver high‑quality finished products
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize resources
• Report directly to the Shift Superintendent

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED required (Associate or Bachelor's Degree a plus)
• 3 years in a USDA processing facility (further processing or RTE experience strongly preferred)
• 2 years as a Production Supervisor or 4 years as a Production Lead
• USDA experience required
• HACCP experience required (Certification a plus)
• Union experience is a plus
