- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in meat processing in a large food manufacturing plant
- 2 years production supervisor experience Required
- Must have USDA meat processing experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
