Job Description:
This role is essentially a True Product Delivery / Change Management Lead from the business side in commercial bank. It’s a step above the moderately complex execution roles, the emphasis is on visionary leadership, innovation, and advanced problem-solving for highly complex, large-scale initiatives.
Role Overview:
Strategic Consulting: Advises senior leadership on innovative solutions, influencing initiatives that address highly complex business and technical needs.
Complex Problem Solving: Tackles unique challenges requiring advanced analytical and inductive thinking, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions.
Change Management: Leads organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during major platform migrations.
Executive Engagement: Provides expertise directly to senior leadership, strategically engaging with client personnel to drive adoption and alignment.
Innovation and Vision: Brings creativity and foresight to design solutions that scale and endure.
Required Experience:
7 years in Change Management or Product Delivery (non-negotiable).
Experience working in Commercial Banking / Lending space.
Experience with major platform migrations (ERP, CRM, core banking, or enterprise-scale systems).
Familiarity with Agile product delivery preferred, to align execution with iterative delivery models.
