We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs within a school-based setting. Working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and in collaboration with school teams, the RBT plays a critical role in implementing individualized behavior interventions aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive outcomes and ensure academic access.

Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized behavior support strategies and intervention plans with fidelity.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group behavioral support to students to assist with self-regulation, transitions, classroom engagement, and social interactions.
- Utilize positive behavior supports, reinforcement systems, and de-escalation techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and develop appropriate replacement behaviors.
- Maintain accurate, ongoing behavioral data tracking frequency, duration, and intensity measures to monitor student progress.
- Partner with teachers, Special Education staff, BCBAs, and related service providers to ensure consistency; provide ongoing feedback regarding progress and behavioral trends.
- Assist in executing behavioral, functional, social-emotional, and adaptive skill goals.
- Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts using approved district protocols and strategies.
- Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
- Proven experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral, developmental, or social-emotional needs.
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques, positive behavior supports, and the ability to collect and document behavioral data accurately.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary school teams.
- Previous school-based experience, familiarity with IEP/BIP implementation, and current CPI (or equivalent) crisis prevention training.
