Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Employment Type: Full‑Time

License Required: Active Florida Pharmacist License

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Delivery Pharmacist to join our high‑volume pharmacy operation at the FL350 site. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong retail experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys collaborating with technicians, clerks, and leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and review prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and compliance
• Apply strong pharmacy knowledge to ensure high‑quality patient care
• Provide guidance, direction, and support to pharmacy technicians
• Troubleshoot and resolve prescription, workflow, and operational issues
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and leadership to maintain efficient site operations
• Ensure compliance with state and company pharmacy regulations
• Contribute to a high‑volume, fast‑paced pharmacy environment
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree
• Active, unrestricted Florida Pharmacist license
• Prior experience in a high‑volume retail pharmacy setting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to mentor and guide pharmacy technicians
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  

Work Schedule & Overtime

• Regular hours: Sunday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
• Overtime and additional weekend coverage may be required as needed to support site operations
