Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day‑to‑day pharmacy operations and workflow
- Verify accuracy of prescriptions, labels, and drug packaging
- Prepare and/or supervise sterile IV compounding
- Ensure compliance with DEA, state, federal, and HIPAA regulations
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and production staff
- Maintain controlled substance inventory and documentation
Requirements:
- Active Texas Pharmacist License (clean & in good standing)
- IV Certification (required)
- 1–2 years of retail or long‑term care pharmacy experience
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
