Role Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven professional to manage and optimize digital acquisition initiatives across paid media channels. This role involves end-to-end campaign execution, strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven optimization to achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage digital acquisition campaigns across various paid media channels.
- Ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and meet defined performance targets (KPIs).
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency and results.
Media Strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to develop and implement effective media strategies.
- Define audience targeting frameworks and refine segmentation approaches based on insights.
- Provide input into messaging, creatives, and campaign positioning informed by user behavior and performance data.
Performance Reporting
- Track campaign performance and deliver regular reports to both global and regional stakeholders.
- Present insights, trends, and actionable recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
- Ensure transparency and alignment across teams regarding campaign progress and outcomes.
Stakeholder Management
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaigns and content meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Foster strong collaboration to deliver high-impact customer-facing initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for campaign-related communications and updates.
Data-Driven Insights & Optimization
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to improve performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on insights and evolving market conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly across paid media platforms (e.g., search and social channels).
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify gaps, and drive strategic improvements.
