Requirements
- MD/DO from an accredited institution
- BC/BE in Pain, PM&R, Ortho, Neuro, or Sports Medicine
- Unrestricted Virginia medical license
- DEA BLS/ACLS
- Strong communication and patient‑management skills
- Medical, Dental, Vision (PPO & HSA options)
