The Judge Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide high‑quality primary care services at an onsite wellness clinic serving employees, spouses, and dependents. The role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness support for an adult population, with some patients ages 16 .
This is a 24‑hour per week position. Preferred schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with some flexibility.
Assignment length: 5 months with potential for temp‑to‑perm for the right candidate.

- Provide primary care services to clinic patients
- Perform point‑of‑care testing and lab draws
- Manage chronic conditions and support ongoing disease management
- Conduct biometric screenings and physical examinations
- Care for primarily adult patients, with some ages 16 and older
- No dispensing license required
- Active Indiana NP license
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- Current CPR certification
- EPIC experience preferred but not required
