Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Home Health (Longview, TX)
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Home Health team serving Longview, TX and the surrounding 50-mile radius.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No weekends or on-call requirements
- Mileage reimbursement: Yes, between visits (first patient to last patient)
Key Responsibilities
- Patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Lab collection and specimen handling
- PICC line care and IV medication administration
- Foley catheter and ostomy care
- Vital signs monitoring and medication reconciliation
- Documentation in HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase)
- Reporting patient changes promptly to the office RN and physician
Required Qualifications
- Active LVN license in Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Prior home health field experience seeing patients independently
- Proficiency in HCHB software
